Inner Leadership Model

Through supportive reflection and deep interaction with peers, faculty, and coaches, we develop a sense of self: a vision for the future, an awareness of our strengths and challenges, and a sense of responsibility to our best self.

We reflect on ourselves, our families, and our upbringing as we aim to better understand the nature of the habits and attitudes which have been ingrained in each of us. This comprehension enables us to let go of negative dispositions and build on family strengths that align us with our best self.

Through high expectations and repeatedly tackling challenges outside our comfort zone (athletics, academics, performing arts, public speaking), we learn to see challenges as opportunities for growth and give our best effort in all situations.
