Action-Reflection Cycle

The Action-Reflection Cycle is a four-stage sequential process of personal growth and character development where students:
1. Act (play soccer, perform a skit, sing, do an intramural activity together, etc.).
2. Reflect on the attitudes and behaviors they exhibited while acting.
3. Visualize a new view of self.
4. Act in accordance with this new view of self as they engage in further action-reflection.
