WORCESTER ACADEMY 49
On January 13th our men’s varsity team traveled to Worcester, MA to go up against Worcester Academy. Although we came out of the gates a bit slow, the team found it in themselves to take hold of the game and leave Worcester with a victory. Some of the game’s highlights came from Aaron Petion 17’ who came up big for the Wolfpack in his first start of the season with 8 points, 1 rebound and 2 assists before leaving the game with an injury in the second half. Eamonn Joyce 16’ had a huge game pouring in 34 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists. Pietro Agostini 17’ had himself a breakout game adding 8 points and 6 rebounds to the Wolfpack’s total. Kris Carroll 16’ did a great job facilitating the game with 4 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. The Wolfpack will ride this victory into next week, where they will face a strong Commonwealth Academy team at home.

COMMONWEALTH ACADEMY 69
On January 21st our Men’s varsity team did a great job defending their home court against a strong Commonwealth Academy team. This was by far the Wolfpack’s best on court effort this season. Everyone played together and for each other, which made for a great team atmosphere at Krebs Gymnasium. The Wolfpack victory was led by another huge game from our captain Eamonn Joyce 16’ who added 21 points, 3 assists and a career high 17 rebounds. Rodney Ray 17’ helped lead the surge to victory with another monster double-double 16 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Omri west 16’ bounced back from an illness that held him out of the Worcester Academy game and poured in 9 points and 5 rebounds. Kris Carroll 16’ added 9 points, 1 rebound and 4 assists, while Wesley Docsol 16’ scored a season high 6 points along with 2 rebounds. Our “glue guy” Jordan Burney 16’ held the team together with his 7 points, 8 rebounds and 1 assists. The Wolfpack will continue to defend home court as they face Marianapolis on Monday in a local Connecticut showdown.
