Hardworking Wolfpack Boys JV Basketball Team Tops Hyde-Bath 50-27

Saturday, January 10th

Hyde-Woodstock 50
Hyde-Bath 27

On Saturday, the boys J.V. basketball team hosted the Phoenix from Hyde-Bath. It was a well-played, physical basketball game. The Wolfpack squad is starting to gel really well and there was evidence of that on Saturday. The boys worked hard and the Wolfpack press eventually wore down the Phoenix club. Once again, Player of the Game goes to Tyler Jenkins, who scored 19 points including five three-point field goals. Tyler is emerging as the team’s floor general and it’s nice to see his development in terms of his skill and confidence. Our rebounding efforts were led by Justin Allard, Sean Conigliaro, and Dan Oleson. All ten guys that dressed played significantly, including freshman newcomer Aaron Luther.

The team looks forward to hosting Barrington Christian Academy from Rhode Island on Wednesday, January 14th at 3:30pm.

The team’s record is now 4-1. Scoring was as follows:
Tyler Jenkins 19; Jack Greenberg 2; Jason Zhao 2; Tyler Dewees 14; Justin Allard 13.
