Hyde Girls JV Soccer
September 27th 2014
Hyde JV girls fought a hard game on September 27th against Hebron Academy. Since there were only 10 girls available on Hyde JV team, both coaches agreed to play 10 against 10. Hyde girls demonstrated impressive courage, perseverance and significant growth with their skills throughout the game. Although they had no substitute players, Hyde girls fought hard in 80 degree weather until the very last second. Macy Weymar’ 18 always hustled to the ball, made many good passes and put a lot of pressure on the other team. Anna Presson’16 played goalie and had many saves, including a beautiful dive.Timisha Walker’17 played in the field for the first time as a striker. She had great energy and made many shots on goal. Each player worked on things Coach Lobozzo asked of them, hustled to the ball, and didn’t give up, clearing passes and communicating.
Our next game is a home game against Kent’s Hill on Saturday October 4th! We welcome all to come out and support.
