Hyde Girls JV Soccer VS Freeport High
Although this was the first time playing soccer for many girls on the team, Hyde JV women were not afraid. They kept their spirit up and fought hard. The biggest shout out goes to goalie Timesha Walker ’16 who had a penalty save in the first half and 24 other saves! Morgan Primak’ 17 played the whole game and made many game changing passes. Jennifer Borjes ’16 played defense and did not give up on any ball, no matter how tired she was. After the first half, the girls talked about things they can work on and made visible improvements during the second half. Leehey Ramon ’14 made a shot on goal and the other team was only able to score one goal. Our next game will be against Fryeburg Academy on September 16th at Fryeburg.
