On Monday, April 8, students and faculty gathered in the Fireplace Room on Hyde School’s Woodstock campus to witness senior Greg Munetz signing his letter of intent to play football at Tabor College this fall.

“Not many students get the opportunity to sign a letter of intent,” said Assistant Athletic Director Jon Mellinger at the signing. “We’re really excited to share this with Greg and to support him as he heads off to play college ball.”

Greg Munetz, a three-year senior at Hyde-Woodstock, is originally from New York, New York and is the son of Sue Vereline. “This sums up everything that I’ve worked so hard for over the past three years,” shared Munetz. “I am really proud to add another student to the list of athletes who will play at the college level this fall,” stated Director of Athletics Sean Saucier. “To Greg, I am incredibly proud of the progress you’ve made and of the man that you have become.”
