The Director’s Choice recognizes an athlete that has exemplified the attributes of Hyde School. Each week the Athletic Office selects that athlete that demonstrated a pivotal impact on his or her team. The first Director’s Choice recognition goes to a new wrestler. This person fought through adversity to outwork his opponent and secure a pin versus Pomfret School. The Director’s Choice for January 5th is Mike Kanda.
