- How to set high expectations and let go of the outcomes

- Establishing a character culture in your home and school
Teacher Training
The Biggest Job® will provide tools to identify and address negative attitudes, instruction on how to create a character culture in the classroom, and how to work effectively with parents.
Program outcomes for student, parent, and teacher
- Common Language – By creating a common language among student, parent, and teacher, discussions will have a framework that connects the home to the school environment.
- Truth Over Harmony – Through activities, seminars, and retreats, students, parents and teachers will strengthen the shared value of honesty and honest communication. Each person will be given tools to speak more honestly and to identify what may block each person’s honesty.
- Create A Character Culture – Families will learn and execute useful action steps to foster a character culture in their home. Faculty will learn to set high expectations for all students and to value positive learning attitudes.
- Structure and Support – Learning how to ask for and accept help is crucial. Students, parents, and teachers will learn to ask peers for help and accept challenge and support.
- Inspiration – Parents and teachers must set an example of becoming all they can be. If we want students to become people of character, we must be developing our own character, and growing as people. Students will recognize the example of the adults in their lives and from that be able to measure their own ability to inspire others.
