Laura Gauld is Executive Director of the Hyde Schools, a network of college preparatory schools dedicated to the development of character and leadership. She is co-author of the book, The Biggest Job We’ll Ever Have: Find the Right Balance Between Character and Achievement for Your Child (Scribner).  Laura has earned a national reputation as a top motivational speaker on parenting, family dynamics and character education.  She has been featured on PBS, in her own parenting series on NBC in Maine and Connecticut, and numerous other television, radio programs and publications throughout the country.
