Health Center

Health & Wellness

The Health Center is located in the Joe Gauld Student Life Center. Our goal is to empower students to make healthy life choices and educate them on prevention and making informed health decisions. We strive to provide the highest level of care and work closely with local health care providers in handing illnesses and injuries.

The Health Center functions much like a physician’s office with two exam rooms, two resting rooms for ill students, and a medication administration window.

Returning Student Health Forms

Please Note: ALL students are required to have a yearly physical exam and up-to-date immunizations.

Your child’s health is important to us. The information that you provide to us each year is essential for helping the health care staff care for your child. In the event that your child would need medical attention while here, our medical providers would rely on this information to treat your child. We appreciate your time and efforts as you complete all of the required health forms. Please use the checklist on the first page of the PDF to ensure that all forms are completed.
