The Music program at Hyde is very unique and consists of four major components;
- Academic Courses:
- Introduction to Music and Songwriting
- Advanced Theory and Performance
- Sound Engineering and Stage Production - Songwriter’s Workshop
- Annual Nashville Trip
- Summer Songwriting Workshop
Each of these components contributes to the broad scope of what Hyde has to offer students interested in music. We develop their curiosity and confidence by teaching them to write, perform, and appreciate music.
