  • Annual fundraising appeal to alumni, alumni parents, parents, board members, corporations and foundations to support financial aid
  • Capital and special project fundraising (capital and special project costs not taken from tuition)
  • Work with each family to meet as much need as possible
  • Offer early deposit incentives and several payment plan options
  • Pay tuition online

The 2011-12 Tuition Rates: $46,200 comprehensive tuition | $24,500 day tuition

Financial Aid Facts, Policies and Procedures:

  • Financial aid is awarded based on family need
  • Approximately 33% of all families received some form of financial aid
  • Hyde anticipates it will award nearly 3 million in financial aid in 2010-11
  • All families applying for financial aid are required to:
    • Submit a letter of request to the Office of Admission
    • Provide copies of the last two years of federal tax returns and IRS Form 4506-T
    • Complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) from the School and Student Service for Financial Aid. Families applying for financial aid can access the PFS at http://sss.nais.org.
  • Hyde refers families to Sallie Mae for independent loan programs (www.salliemae.com, www.yourtuitionsolution.com)
